Meet Aaron
My work is informed by lived experience and many years of supporting individuals through a wide range of life experiences and unique journeys. My own experiences with adversity and personal growth have deepened my understanding of resilience, healing, and the importance of feeling genuinely seen, heard, and understood.
I hold diplomas in counselling and life coaching from Rhodes Wellness College. I currently practise under clinical supervision while completing the supervised practice requirements for professional registration.
Navigating shame, stepping into authenticity, seeking a sense of direction, finding purpose, and discovering deeper meaning in life can be difficult to do alone.
My approach is trauma informed and client centred, with an emphasis on meeting you where you are. Together, we can explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs shaping your life, relationships, and sense of self.
Through this process, I can support you in developing greater emotional awareness, self compassion, clarity, self trust, and a stronger sense of connection.
My intention is to offer a collaborative space where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore what is happening beneath the surface. My practice is inclusive and welcoming to people of all backgrounds, identities, and walks of life.
